"Georgia State University’s School of Music is proud to announce the
return of Double Reed Day, January 29, 2011.
 

This daylong workshop is designed for all double reed players and will
be a wonderful opportunity for students to meet, learn from and perform
with other talented players from throughout the region.

Participants will have the opportunity to learn from guest clinicians
Martin Schuring, and Dr. Jeffrey Lyman though master classes, workshops
and Q&A sessions. The day culminates in a Guest Artist recital in the
beautiful Florence Kopleff Recital Hall.

All events will take place on the campus of Georgia State University in
downtown Atlanta.

Also scheduled:

    English horn Masterclass on February 25th, also at Georgia State University. This will feature "Yours, Truly" Patrick McFarland and will concentrate on Orchestral Repertoire.
